So how does it work?
It all begins with a free and informal introductory call. It’s just 15 minutes to ensure we are the right fit for each other.

This is a no obligations opportunity for you to ask questions and understand whether you want to work with me.
I will ask my questions too - I will check your current sleep concerns and goals to ensure I am able to provide you with the support your family need.
Once we start working together I will ask you to submit a sleep diary which I will analyse to better understand your child’s current sleep

Once I have understood your current sleep situation, we’ll have an in-depth 1:1 call to discuss my observations, your needs and the solution to your sleep challenges. I will tailor the approach to your family goals and any other relevant nuances.

After our 1:1 consultation, I will follow up with a write up of my recommendations and a personalised sleep plan for your little one.
In our consultation we will have agreed a start date for the WhatsApp support that suits you.
As your start to implement the sleep plan, I will be by your side to answer follow up questions, and help you navigate the process.

Once the WhatsApp support ends,
I will follow up with a handover note to help you maintain your newfound sleep.
At this point, you hopefully wont need my help anymore and will be getting the rest you deserve. Of course, everyone is unique so if you feel like you would be more comfortable from a little more coaching, I have add on services available for existing clients.
