Terms & Conditions
1. The purchase of a Sleep Programme Consultation (the “Consultations”) and/or a Gift Card will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The full fee for Fridays Sleep services is due on booking your Consultation with Fridays Sleep.
3. If the Sleep Programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:
Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded
24 - 48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded
More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client
4. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, Fridays Sleep on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 14 days weeks of the original booking time.
5. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of Fridays Sleep cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.
6. In respect of each programme (the “Programme”) granted by Fridays Sleep to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Programme to any third party who is not a Client.
7. Advice given by Fridays Sleep is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.
8. Fridays Sleep advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
9. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Fridays Sleep reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
10. If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to Fridays Sleep (the “Company”), the Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
11. Fridays Sleep is contactable at any time 7.30-9.00 am and 7pm-9pm or as per working hours stated on the Fridays Sleep website but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.
12. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of the Company/Sole Trader Name placed here team.
13. Gift cards can be purchased from the Fridays Sleep website with the following terms:
Gift cards can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if not redeemed.
Partially used gif cards cannot be refunded.
Exceptions to the refund period might be made and reviewed on a case by case basis but Fridays Sleep reserves no obligation to refund beyond 14 days.
To redeem your gift card, please reach out to Fridays Sleep directly and/or inform us during your discovery call.
In the event of a cancellation for any services booked using a gift card, the refund if applicable will be to the gift card. If booked partially using a gift card, the refund applicable will be made partially to gift card and partially to the other payment method.
I only work with children ages 6 months to 4 years, please keep this in mind when purchasing a gift card. A refund will not be given outside the 14 day period if your child becomes too old for my services.
14. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
